Backstory
The concept was created by David during the first ultra-marathon David ever ran, he went into the marathon without any preparation at all and he ended up paying for it. At the moment where he experienced immense physical pain more than anything he felt, he reminded himself of where he came from, the abusive father, his time being overweight, every struggle that he had ever experience, they are all cookies in his Cookie Jar.

Step 1. Make yourself a list of struggles and what you had to overcame to reach the day of today. Every sufferings, every accomplishments that you have that you had to worked hard.
→ Example: For David, it was the instructors' expectations of him and his crew, they were moving towards the end of Hell Week, one of the toughest feat that only a few people can achieve. They expected to see them weak, tired, suffer and would not be able to lift the boats.
→ For you, whether as a kid you had to practice hard, you had to overcome bad grades or bullying. Put it all in your cookie jar.
